📋 How Account & Data Deletion Works

In full accordance with Google Play's User Data & Account Deletion Policy, OrderFlow gives all users (administrators, restaurant owners, staff members, and guests) full authority to request permanent removal of their accounts and associated personal data without requiring active app installation.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, you will lose access to all active sessions, configuration settings, and staff credentials associated with your account.

What Data Is Permanently Deleted:

User Profiles & Credentials: Your username, email address, password hash, and active JWT session tokens.
Staff Access Codes: Assigned 4-digit fast-login PINs, waiter/chef profiles, and cartoon avatar assignments.
Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration keys associated with your physical devices.
Restaurant Menu & Assets: For restaurant owners closing their establishment account, all uploaded dishes, categories, and custom UPI/Google Review QR code images are wiped.

What Data May Be Retained & Why:

In accordance with Google Play guidelines and applicable commercial taxation laws:

Financial & Tax Compliance Records: Historical sales summaries, GST tax numbers, and generated invoice totals are retained in anonymized, non-personal financial ledgers for statutory tax auditing and accounting requirements as required by commercial regulations.
Security Audit Logs: Timestamped records of deletion events are archived to defend against fraudulent account takeovers and maintain operational integrity.

Processing Timeframe: Deletion requests submitted via the online form below are reviewed and verified within 2 to 3 business days, and complete system purge is finalized within 14 to 30 calendar days.
